01 / Our Story
From two people and a hatchback to one of Adelaide's most-trusted cleaning teams.
Daniel and Anita Costa founded Premier Klean Co. in early 2014 after years spent watching the cleaning industry under-deliver — for clients and for the people doing the work.
The first jobs were homes around Norwood, booked by word of mouth. The first office contract came two years later. Every expansion since has been deliberate: hire carefully, train rigorously, never grow faster than the supervisor team can support.
Today we run a full residential and commercial operation across Adelaide. We're still family-owned. The owners still answer the phone. And we still believe that cleaning, done well, is a craft worth taking seriously.

Started as a two-person operation cleaning homes around Norwood and Glenelg.

Won our first office building — a 1,200 m² insurance firm in the CBD.

Phased out conventional chemicals across every route. Aligned with Green Star & NABERS specs.
2022
20-strong crew
Reached 20 full-time team members. Police checks, training programme, formal QA reporting.
2024
REISA bond programme
Rolled out the REISA-approved end-of-lease checklist with 72-hour written re-clean guarantee.
2025
NDIS & Adelaide-wide
Registered for NDIS household cleaning (item 01_020_0120_1_1). Coverage across all metro suburbs.
